Having done BMF, bootcamps, pilates, yoga, PT, I joined Uberfit almost a year ago. It is utterly brilliant. I can't fault it. You can just turn up, it is always varied, challenging without being miserable and you really see results. Hels and the team are really laid back and fun and push you without being obsessive and unrealistic - therefore the girls who go are also fun. They are an inspiration - their bootcamp recently was brilliant, the food delicious and they do various events during the year to encourage and help you keep it up. I regularly do the Mon, Wed and / or Friday classes and have joined Fitness Pilates - which makes you feel fantastic. Honestly I couldn't recommend it more... I feel lucky to have found this Group....
We have been doing joint training sessions with Claire for the last 9 months and we have found the training enjoyable and have both had great benefits. Every session is varied which makes them fun and yet they are kept challenging so that we keep improving. Claire is a great trainer who is always positive and she also manages to motivate you so that you achieve your goals.
Looking forward to restarting after a long summer break!!! The Boot Camp is going to be a really good "kick start"...... sign me up!

“What a fantastic week. Lots of hard work but great fun. The girls are all really friendly and everyday was so different you couldn't possibly get bored. I've always been the fat girl at the back - but for the first time ever, I didn't feel like one. Thank you for showing me that exercise can be such fun!
Boot camp has been a fantastic way to kick start me back into a healthier routine. It has been very motivational because Claire and Helen are very creative when it comes to ways of making exercise fun - who'd have thought pedalos would be part of a work out? I would recommend Uberfit highly and am definitely going to make it part of my regular weekly routine.
Really enjoyed the Bootcamp ! Exhausting but it was a great kickstart to eating better and feeling better !
