You have been Boot Camped!!
Well what a fantastic week! Our first Boot Camp was a great success and well done to all you girls who took part and gave it your all. It was hard work but rewarding and fun (at times!?). It not only gave everyone the opportunity to focus on their fitness but also look at their eating habits!? It’s amazing how much rubbish we all eat but it’s easy to change that. Keeping food diaries was helpful as was Claudia’s advice. Healthy eating makes such a difference to how we feel and is very important when we are exercising more.
Highlights of the week have to include cycling up Boyne Park and the pedaloes at Dunorlan! We look forward to seeing you at our next Boot Camp on September 13th after the summer holidays.
