Friday Mash up

Friday Mash up is a 45 min class and a great way to finish the week. It is usually in Helen’s gym (if it’s a beautiful day we may go to the park) and a chance for you to get on the treadmill, rower and bike, use some weights, work those abs and burn off some caloiries before the weekend. We aim for high energy, kind of fast and furious…………it’s fun , its a mash up!! As with all our classes, it’s suitable for all abilities and we will always encourage you to work as hard as you can.
