Spin Classes

We are lucky enough to be able to use the fantastic Spin Studio at St John’s Sports Centre in Tunbridge Wells for our Spin Classes. These classes are a relatively new feature in our timetable due to popularity and demand, everybody loves to Spin!  You’ll ride to motivating music whilst improving your cardio fitness, burning calories and strengthening your legs and core. Great if your goal is Weight Loss, Training for an Event or General Fitness.
